Pricing
and Shipping Information
All product prices
shown on our web sites are exclusive of TAX, postage
and packaging costs. Applicable taxes and shipping
costs are automatically calculated when you go
to the Checkout page. We do need to have a full
delivery address when your order is placed and
we aim to ship orders received before 12.00pm
Monday to Friday on the the same day.
All our products
are posted in approved plain boxes or envelopes.
Payment
Prices are shown
in a number of currencies depending on which country
you are come from. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard,
and Switch cards and your card statement will
show the charge as 'Med-Direct'. Products will
be shipped from the nearest Med-Direct affiliated
company.

Returns
and Cancellation Policy
If you receive a
shipment that you no longer require, is damaged
or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or
send a replacement. If you wish to return unwanted
goods please email us. Once you have received
the goods you have 7 days in which to return them
to us if you no longer want them or they are damaged.
In such cases you will receive a full refund within
30 days of cancellation.
If you have a problem
with the performance of one of our products please
email us for advice.
We do ask that products
be returned in an unused condition, in original
packaging and complete with all documentation.
Please ensure you clearly state the reason you
would like a return or a replacement and send
it back to us within 7 days of receiving your
order.
