When to Use the Micro Lady Ovulation Test

In order to use these these ovulation tests effectively you will need to estimate when you next expect to ovulate.

Detailed instructions are provided in each kit but as a general rule the following method will be useful.

This is intended to help reduce the number of tests you will have to perform each month and therefore save you money.

Determine the usual length of your menstrual cycle.

This is the number of days from the first day of menstrual bleeding (day 1), to the day before you next start bleeding (usually day 28). Use the following calculation and a calendar to help you;Subtract 17 days from your normal cycle length (i.e. 28 - 17 = 11) and start testing on that day.

In the example shown this means start testing on day 11 of your cycle. Continue testing each day until you see a positive result.
