What is fertility charting? - Fertility Charting helps a woman to fully understand her body and use her natural fertility signs to identify when she is fertile. A woman can learn to identify her fertile and infertile phases by observing her basal (resting) body temperature and changes in her cervix and cervical fluid. These signs are useful for both avoiding and trying to conceive. We provide a free of charge guide to customers called OVUPLAN, which will help you to understand this better.(back to top)
