...For Her ...The Menstrual Cycle

The Menstrual Cycle

An understanding of your own bodies and in particular your menstrual cycle can be your greatest asset when trying to achieve pregnancy (or avoiding pregnancy). Unfortunately most of us are totally misinformed.

When you start your periods, your reproductive organs (the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus) are giving you a signal that they are getting ready to have babies.

Your cycle which is personal only to you happens to prepare your body for pregnancy, if that fails to happen you will have a bleed (a period) and the cycle starts agian.

The menstrual cycle is something which happens for most women every month. A normal menstrual cycle covers a wide range of variations, so each woman must learn what her own 'normal' cycle is.

Remember that there is no such thing as a standard cycle length, most cycles will be from 24 to 36 days, and longer and shorter cycles for the same woman can happen, as can the length of a period and quantity of blood flow.

Use either OVUPLAN guide and charts (FREE) or we recommend Toni Weschlers book - Taking Charge of your Fertility (TCOYF) on which the Ovusoft Fertility Planning Tool is based. ***Please note that the software only has FDA approval as an aid to conception***
